Introducing Dinner Party: for when a tray is not enough and a dish is not quite right, designed with perfect handles for ferrying between rooms, ovens and counters. We’re imagining a vast, multi-layered tiramisu that could break a world record; an appropriately-sized ice bath for small bottles or a mountain of pistachios.

Manufacturing story

It was manufactured at Arfai Ceramics, a factory based near Porto, using their own eco-clay which was slip cast then glazed using a technical double dipping process. Designed in London, made in Portugal.

Designing from our studio in Shoreditch and manufacturing from our workshops in Islington, we create objects and spaces that help people connect to the material world around them. Founded in 2019 by Finn Thomson and Josef Shanley-Jackson, we’re now a team of four, with backgrounds in sculpture, architecture, fabrication, strategy and writing. As a full service studio, our team are experts in both designing and making; storytelling and world-building.
